31 March – 7 April 2027
Destination
SPIRE Academy, Geneva, Ohio, USA

By paying the deposit, the parent/guardian confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Booking

A place is secured only upon receipt of the £150 non-refundable deposit.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The booking is not transferable without written approval from ADL Sports Management.

Tour Price

The Early Bird tour price is £1,900 when booked before 31 August 2026.

After this date the standard tour price is £2,050.

The tour price includes:

  • Airport transfers
  • Accommodation
  • Three meals per day
  • Elite coaching programme
  • Competitive matches
  • Use of SPIRE Academy facilities
  • College visits
  • Niagara Falls excursion
  • ADL tour pack
  • Full supervision throughout the tour

Unless specifically stated, the price does not include:

  • Flights
  • Passport costs
  • ESTA application
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal spending money
  • Snacks and drinks outside meal times
  • Laundry
  • Medical expenses
  • Optional purchases

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment plan.

Final payment must be received no later than 1 March 2027.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation by Participant

The deposit is non-refundable.

If a participant cancels:

Before 1 December 2026Deposit forfeited.
1 December 2026 – 31 January 202750% of the tour balance payable.
From 1 February 2027 onwards100% of the tour cost becomes payable.

If ADL is able to fill the cancelled place, a partial refund may be considered at its discretion, less any unrecoverable costs.

Cancellation by ADL

If ADL Sports Management cancels the tour due to insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond its control, all monies paid to ADL that are recoverable will be refunded.

ADL is not responsible for costs incurred independently by families unless required by law.

Passports & Entry Requirements

Every participant must hold:

  • A valid passport
  • An approved ESTA (or other required travel authorisation)
  • Any documents required by US authorities

Failure to obtain the correct documentation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every participant.

Insurance should include:

  • Medical cover
  • Cancellation
  • Lost baggage
  • Personal belongings
  • Sports activities

Medical Information

Parents must declare:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Dietary requirements
  • Medication

Medication must be clearly labelled. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect participation.

Behaviour

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect staff
  • Respect coaches
  • Respect fellow players
  • Respect accommodation rules
  • Follow tour instructions

Serious misconduct including:

  • Alcohol
  • Smoking or vaping
  • Illegal substances
  • Violence
  • Bullying
  • Criminal behaviour

may result in immediate removal from activities. If a participant must return home because of misconduct, all associated costs are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Coaching & Playing Time

Selection for training groups, fixtures and playing time is entirely at the discretion of coaching staff.

ADL cannot guarantee equal playing time.

College Visits

College visits are educational experiences.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Scholarships
  • Recruitment
  • Admission
  • Future opportunities

Niagara Falls Excursion

The itinerary includes a supervised visit to Niagara Falls.

Activities are subject to:

  • Weather
  • Safety advice
  • Local operating conditions

If any attraction is unavailable, ADL reserves the right to substitute a similar activity.

Health & Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety instructions issued by:

  • ADL staff
  • SPIRE Academy staff
  • Tour providers

Failure to do so may result in exclusion from activities.

Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the tour.

These may be used by ADL Sports Management and SPIRE Academy for:

  • Social media
  • Website
  • Marketing
  • Promotional material

Parents may opt out by notifying ADL in writing before departure.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

ADL accepts no liability for:

  • Lost items
  • Theft
  • Damage to personal possessions

Force Majeure

ADL shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellation resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Pandemic
  • Airline disruption
  • Industrial action

Liability

ADL Sports Management will exercise reasonable care throughout the tour.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Emergency Contact

Parents must provide:

  • Two emergency contact numbers
  • Medical information
  • GP details where appropriate

Acceptance

Payment of the deposit confirms that the parent/guardian:

  • Has read these Terms & Conditions.
  • Accepts the booking conditions.
  • Gives permission for the participant to travel.
  • Confirms that all information provided is accurate.
